App has four basic and main yoga asans including surya namaskar. App consists steps to perform a particular yoga asan with images, further can see videos of yoga guru Baba Ram dev to understand better.

1. Surya Namaskar - Surya Namaskar is an ancient form of yoga. It is the art of solar vitalization. This form of yoga is a complete meditative technique in itself as it includes Asanas, Pranayama, Mantras and Mudras.
2. Anulom Vilom Pranayam - The exercise of the Anulom Vilom produces optimum function to both sides of the brain, i.e optimum creativity and optimum logical verbal activity. This will make both sides of the brain, the left side which is responsible for logical thinking and the right side which is responsible for creative thinking to function properly.
3. Kapalbhati Pranayam - Kapalbhati is a form of deep breathing that has innumerable benefits for your mind and body. You can also soothe your mind, body and soul with hatha yoga. Kapalbhati Pranayama is a type of breathing exercise that helps you rid of various ailments over a period of time.
4. Udgeeth Pranayam - It is known as “Omkari Japa” means chanting of “Om”. Udgeeth pranayama is the simple breathing exercise. Should be practiced on a daily basis. It calms the mind, bring stability, relieves tension, anger and anxiety.
